Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is genuinely free, with no card required — one workspace, one design system and the core accessibility audits, so you can put Parlance to work straight away.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is one person who can sign in to your workspace and run or review audits. Pricing on the Pro and Team plans is per seat, billed monthly, and you only pay for the people who need access.
Can I change plans?
At any time. Upgrade, downgrade or add seats whenever your team changes — adjustments take effect immediately and we prorate the difference on your next invoice.
Do you offer annual billing?
We do. Plans are billed monthly per seat by default, and annual billing comes at a discount — talk to us and we will set it up for your team.
What standards do you check against?
Every plan audits against WCAG 2.2, WAI-ARIA 1.2, Section 508 and EN 301 549, alongside your own UI contracts, glossaries and design tokens — with live contrast on every colour role, in both light and dark mode.
Does Parlance help with the European Accessibility Act?
Yes. The EAA has been enforceable since June 2025, and EN 301 549 — whose web requirements map to WCAG at Level AA — is the standard regulators use to assess it. Those checks come with every plan, Free included, and pair with a fixed-scope conformance audit when you need a formal starting point. Read the EAA readiness guide.
How does Enterprise SSO work?
The Enterprise plan adds SAML single sign-on and SCIM provisioning, so people are granted and revoked access through your identity provider. It also includes audit log export, a DPA and security review, dedicated support and an SLA.
